Sure, first I'll share one of the emails that manages the Stripe account diana.duarte@cloudkitchens.com
the payment methods that we activated were: Oxxo, SPEI, CC. However, they were not active, we need them to be activated forever in all our recurring billing and for all our clients.
I'm sorry, not sure I follow. The dashboard shows these are active.
Are you not seeing these methods show up in a checkout session or something?
We do not see these available payment methods on the invoices
Have you changed the payment methods by going to your invoice settings?

we make many invoices monthly, we need it to be automatic and recurring, we will not be able to do it one by one
Those settings are universal and will affect all the invoices
