Alipay is enabled on your account, meaning that if you use automatic_payment_methods and your customer is eligible for Alipay they will definitely see the option for it

Can I somehow look into what makes or doesn't make the customer eligible? I just had a talk with a customer from China who said that they don't have Alipay option

I am using checkout link, so it should be automatic_payment_methods as I understand
