No this isn't really possible with a single Invoice

You would either want to use 2 Invoices, or you just create a separate one-off payment for the second part without using an invoice and use the PaymentMethod that you collected initially for the first invoice

Okay, that's what I figured after looking at the setting (or lack-there-of)

The third option, most hacky imo, is to create an Invoice with the two line items and then just create one-off payments that aren't related to the invoice and then mark the invoice as paid once the second payment is completed.

But then you can't really send the invoice to the Customer. So I wouldn't really use that.
