Gotcha. I don't think Brazil is generally supported for Custom Accounts but I'm not positive on that front. I focus on the API. you would be better off reaching out to our Support team as noted in that error to see if there is any way your platform can support Custom accounts.

Mostly depends on what you are trying to do. I think Standard Accounts are supported, but really you are better off talking to our Support team here.
