Hi, I can't send sceenshot, as I have no access currently. However, these are the messages that come through when someone makes a payment. Just a general thank you message. Currently we can't edit these. wondering if I don't have the right Stripe access to see these features.

Ah got it. I don't think you can customize those emails unfortunately.

You can only turn them on or off under
https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/emails

The information on the email is pulled from your account's public details
