Hi there, it means you can't create a CH connected account with recipient service agreement for CH platform.

Hey! Taking over for my colleague. Let me catch up.

Hi,
I cannot understand why. In Jully I asked the support to be able to use only "transfer" capabilities so I won't have to ask for "full" service agreement. They confirmed me they activated it.

For a CH connected account with a CH platform ?

If I understand well, they did activate that capabilité, but it doesn't work for CH connected Account with service agreement for CH platform

I'm not sure if I understood them correctly. I asked to be able not to ask the "card_payments" feature and only the "transfer" feature.

This is ok. But that doesn't have a link with your error message. The error you got is regarding Connect and Platform locations are the same in CH

Thanks for your response,
I'm quite confused reading this documentation https://stripe.com/docs/connect/service-agreement-types#recipient
I'm woking only with Switzerland entites from a Switzerland company. My connected accounts will never performs any payments and will only receive some.
Does that means I must ask for "full" service agreement even if I need only the "transfer" feature ?
It looks like I will ask my connected accounts to more approve conditions than what my platforms really need to have.

I would like my company not to have a relation with Stripe. That is why I didn't chose the "full" recipient and I'm working only with custom accounts.

A service agreement establishes the relationship between Stripe and the platform's users.

Sorry, but not sure I'm understanding this part. What do you mean not to have a relation with Stripe?

In the documentation link I just sent it is written "With a recipient service contract, the recipient has no service relationship with Stripe, only with the platform"

Sorry for my late reply

I receive the following error : "the recipient ToS agreement is not supported for platforms in CH creating accounts in CH".
Could you please share the requestId that returns this error ?

What's the question? I guess the error is self explanatory: you can't use a recipient agreement for CH platforms and CH connected accounts
