Hi there, you need to open Checkout page in a browser that supports Google Pay (e.g., chrome or chrome mobile), and you have added an active card to your Google Pay account.
Ohh ok great.. I saw that one just for Apple pay
While we are at it, we have a connected account in Malaysia which I added GrabPay for her.
What are the requirements for GrabPay button to show? because it's hidden at the checkout prebuilt ui
Did you enable GrabPay? is the currency in SGD or MYR?
yes and yes
in the connected account page, under the settings capabilities, "GrabPay' is ticked with the "active" label
Can you share with me the checkout page URL?
Can I share it with you using another medium? As it's in production environment
You can DM me, or just share with me the checkout session ID.
I have sent it to you
OK, I saw it.
You haven't turned on grab_pay in your Dashboard. https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
I don't need it for my account, only for my connected accounts
I mean it's not turned on in your connected account
Did you check this one? acct_1Hkf9yDORCOQRAXR
https://dashboard-admin.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods/connected_accounts GrabPay is currently off by default, which means the connected account need to turn it on in order to use this payment method.
ok i will double check it with my client.
Thanks
