You can't actually link Customers and Payments between Connect Accounts

#

You can make copies using the data from one Connect Account to create new Customer and Payment Method records on the second Connect Account

#

But any changes or updates (or charges) on one Connect Account's Customer record will not be reflected on the other Account's Customer record

cool. I'm assuming the Customer won't have the same id when I clone them between Connected Accounts, right?
