I believe it would be. I think pausing payment just stops new invoices from being sent but any logic on the failed payment should still apply. To know for sure, you can use a test clock to simulate this scenario quickly. https://stripe.com/docs/billing/testing/test-clocks
Copy that. And do you know if Stripe would still send out the dunning (failed payment recovery) emails?
Good question. I will see if we have that documented somewhere. I would think we do, especially if I am right about the rest of the failure logic but am not 100% sure
