If you are using a shopify hosted site, you will need to use shopify's procedure for registering it as an Apple Pay domain
So you can use apple pay with shopify on their shopify/stripe hosted pages, it just requires a different setup from just a stripe/apple domain registration

Shopify stores currently require you to register the domain through shopify, the payments can still go through Stripe but you have to register it with their process

Right, unfortunately this happens for every Shopify user because of how Shopify built their Apple Pay integration. Unfortunately Stripe cannot change Shopify's policy here.
You'll need to reach out to Shopify's support here if you want this domain registered for your Shopify store

To be clear, is this a custom page that you are building yourself, or is this page entirely build by Shopify?
I don't think Shopify supports making your own page with a custom Stripe integration like this

Apologies I should have asked that first. Unfortunately Stripe does not develop Shopify's pages or its Stripe integration, so we don't know what your next steps should be. If you go back to Shopify's support and explain what you are trying to do, they should be able to tell you about what your next steps should be here

yes i can see it and its clear it on but i cant configure it with my shopfiy store
