My customers tried to buy bikes through my wp site. Woo commerce bulk shop. I added stripe just 1 week ago. Credit card payments worked. Sepa and klarna did not

Are these for invoices or just one time payments?

It is a one time payment. Maybe later customer buy again sometimes. I write invoice myself for customers and sent via email.

On the last payment via klarna, customer tried 6 times to pay
