Hmm yeah I would have expected an invoice to be generated on Nov 1st. Give me a few more minutes to dig further

This subscription is having prices meter usage, so by the time 1 November there was no usage and Invoice amount was 0, may be thats the reason invoice not generated but i believe still invoice should generate and Next invoice should change to 1 December(Next month billing cycle)

Okay so actually looks like your account is currently in a bad state so new invoices won't be generated.

but when i am creating a new subscription on the dashboard there invoice is generating
