Hello! That's not something Stripe supports natively, you would need to build logic on your end to prevent sales after the 5 days have elapsed.
Can you reply in this thread please?
So short of coding it, I would have to manually go in and tweak the system or eliminate the Early Bird price and enter the regular price , right??
That's one way to approach this, yes.
Last questions for today - Our organization is having a Benefit and we have the event on our webpage - so purchases go through Stripe - Would I need to create a product called EVENTS? Using Events as a category I would have to add that to Payments or will Stripe do it for me?
Sorry there was one more piece to this - With the events we have a one day coupon awarded to those who are on the broadcast and receive the coupon code - When creating the coupon there is no EVENT category to attach the coupon or do I do that at checkout?
I'm not sure I understand your question, can you provide more details?
What Stripe products are you using for this?
We are a Charitable organization and the site has a donation page - I am not sure the connection to get the coupon linked to those who are purchasing event tickets.
What Stripe products/features are you using on the donation page?
Like are you using Stripe Checkout? Stripe Payment Links? Stripe Elements?
Rubeus - Thank you for looking into this I am finally able to reach the developer that actually created this so I will have him go through and add what I was attempting to do. I appreciate your help and assistance. You have been great. Ending the thread.
