ok so basically i am setting up a website for a client and using a plugin to take payment for her clients which is connected to her stripe. When someone pays for her services, it says "payment pending" as per the screenshot i can send

some work, but others say payment pending and i dont know why if you can please help

You'll have to reach out to the plugin developer. We just support developers who are integrating with the Stripe API in here

If you can provide payment intent ID's or charge ID's I can look

Otherwise there's nothing I can do since we didn't develop that plugin
