Ok, I'll try to explan in detail.
We have Stripe Express used in our mobile app to connect seller accounts to our main stripe account, we expect them to receive payouts from us. In case the user hasn't filled all the necessary details (for instance address) - he won't be able to receive payouts from us.
So the questions are:

could we somehow push the user to add these details?
could we mark those fields in express as required?
could we edit the user info in stripe express connect by link as https://connect.stripe.com/express/oauth/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=...
