Will the funds that added using this method here: https://stripe.com/docs/add-funds be available for use with automatic payouts to connected accounts ? In the text it says add funds for future refunds or chargebacks and says the funds will be held separately from available balance. Will these funds be available to be used for daily payouts to service provider's connected accounts?

I don't think the funds added using that method are available for automatic payouts, but this isn't the best place to ask that question.
