Hi, this is currently not supported. Can you share a bit more on your use case please?
Hi. The use case is that we're offering payment plans for our users. This is an in-house solution (not using any 3rd party buy now pay later solution). For example, when a user chooses to pay with 2 payments, we're thinking to create 2 invoices and finalize the invoice with automatic charging when each payment is due. However by doing this, we run into these problems:
- We can't authorize a charge and capture for at least the first payment. When an invoice fails, we have to handle that case when user is no longer present on the site
- Applying a coupon to 2 invoices seem complicated so we're looking into using 1 invoice with 2 separate payments instead
sorry i'm not sure if that's clear enough
I see, typing now
