Technical question is: what else can we pass to the payment intent api to reduce or avoid the chance of a decline?
Hi, typically decline codes are issuing bank dependent. The information you've passed is what is recommend to decrease decline.
In this case they're showing "Blocked by a default Radar rule" which is a Stripe decline right?
