How are you currently trying to add their card back?
I don't know if it is possible to bring this card back without the user inputting their information again.

So taking a step back, was this card accidentally deleted due to its expiry or something?
No i am putting the card details
basically my app didn't have the option to modify the expired date so i remove and i thought i will simple add again
If you are putting in the raw card number on the dashboard and are getting that error, that seems like the user's card's bank is the one rejecting the card setup. The user will need to reach out to their bank to resolve this
