Are you finding the onboarding UI is not localizing when you expected it to, or are you asking if you can override that in some way?
This is expected to localize based on the browser locale for supported languages, including:
English, French, Spanish, Bulgarian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, German, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Swedish, and Thai
