when an affiliate wants to sign up to receive ACH payments from us they will click a button to open a set of screens that allow them to create a "mini" stripe account

this account is just for the purpose of recieving payments from us via ACH to their USA bank

#

we are modelling that process to the client and want to show them what process their affiliate clients will go through to set up the stipe connect

what kind of connected accounts are you using? Standard, express or custom?

I don't think we have a demo video or something that can be used for the demo
Easiest way would be to create a testmode connect account and creating an account link & then doing a live demo of the onboarding process.
