TL;DR. If you are using Stripe Checkout, Stripe will creates the e-mandate automatically.
so, e-mandate in this case replaces the cardholder concent? It's little bit confusing. Network tokenization is a brand new requirement (started from oktober 1st. 2022). Does e-mandate really cover the second scenario (when cardholder didn't give a concent during the check out)?
