Quick update, still digging into this. It does look like a conflict between the subscription default_tax_rates (yours is inclusive) and the tax_behavior on the price/plan, which is exclusive but its not clear how that happened

Alrighty, so it looks like you've hit a bug in some validation that allowed this to happen

You set a tax_behavior on a currency_option that conflicts with the default tax rate:
https://stripe.com/docs/api/prices/update#update_price-currency_options-tax_behavior

The subscription default tax behaviour and this currency tax behaviour need to be aligned, so one will need to be updated/replaced
