Are you creating an Account Link? Or using OAuth?
Can you share the req_xxx for that API request?

Which test bank account details did you provide?
yeah unfortunately I don't think you can pass this in test mode, we don't have test files that work for it.
you can try downloading this image https://d37ugbyn3rpeym.cloudfront.net/docs/identity/success.png and then uploading it in the Account Link onboarding when it asks for the bank account verification file, but I don't think it will work. Per https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing#trigger-bank-account-ownership-verification we only really support testing this in the US.
Beyond that, it shouldn't matter if it's left unverified, you can still do test mode API requests with the account.
