Do I understand you well, I can't use this now, right? because the URL I used from there https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/connect
I need only connect accounts in my react native app without payments, payouts for users will be created on BE side.

You can't use this if you are on a phone yes. This OAuth flow requires some backend call like step 3 or 4 here: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/oauth-express-accounts#token-request
