Hi, I think Payment Element should support the Managed Customer Consent, but could you please try it on Test mode or confirm with Support?

My understanding is once you collect customer consent via this, you can just continue your integration as usual without needing to re-tokenize everytime, since Stripe is a certificated Token Requestor.
