I don't think so, when I look at a test account dashboard I can see a list of what look like transfers.

The top one is a payout, the rest are Transfers

well they are payments that result from a Transfer

https://stripe.com/docs/api/transfers/list#list_transfers-destination you have a filter explicitly on that API, is that what you are looking for?
