it depends on what you mean by during but its worth noting some check happen before authorization to the issuer and some happen after that

Hi sorry multitasking and didn't see there was a response

From what I can tell there are multiple stages in basic happy path Payment Intent flow: Create, Confirm, and Capture

#

When are Radar Rules applied? It doesn't seem to be Create. Is it during Confirm?

For example if a card is flagged as 'high risk' and Radar is configured to block high risk cards, will the Confirm stage succeed or fail because of Radar?
