You mean you have a schedule with no subscription?

I fetch all

Subscription
Subscription schedule

In this order and If I see that the subscription is already in my CRM for that subscription schedule, I dont create it twice

But I have 2 subscription schedule that were supposed to be started already but I can't link them to a subscription

green drift
#

This is normal/expected for a schedule for the future: the subscription is not created until it's future start time.

#

Oh, hmm, started already?

Can you share the schedule IDs?

signal zenith
#

both date are in the past

#

My system should normally find the subscription that was created and change its status (the current status in my crm is "Planned but not started")

#

So I did a small view where I see all "Planned but not started" that are in the past (should not happen)

I just dont know how to handle this specific case

#

If I can just understand why there is no exception, I will add an exception in my system to skip them

green drift
#

So the first schedule at least has been released, but seemingly never created a subscription

#

Does that agree with what you see?

signal zenith
#

Yes

#

If there is an active yearly subscription

#

Its auto-renewing at the end of the year

#

does it create a subscription schedule behind the active subscription for the next year / renewal?

#

(I dont kow, trying to understand why)

green drift
#

You can create a schedule form an active subscription, but that doesnt look to be what you are doing

signal zenith
#

Yeah I always just create a subscription schedule and it transforms into a subscription when it starts

green drift

#

So what does "released" mean in this case?

#

Its not canceled, so what happened?

green drift
#

Well it was released before the subscription was created, so in effect was cancelled

#

Ahh, i think the first example is the same, and i got confused about the year
