#damenz - schedules without subscription

You mean you have a schedule with no subscription?
I fetch all
Subscription
Subscription schedule
In this order and If I see that the subscription is already in my CRM for that subscription schedule, I dont create it twice
But I have 2 subscription schedule that were supposed to be started already but I can't link them to a subscription
This is normal/expected for a schedule for the future: the subscription is not created until it's future start time.
Oh, hmm, started already?
Can you share the schedule IDs?
both date are in the past
My system should normally find the subscription that was created and change its status (the current status in my crm is "Planned but not started")
So I did a small view where I see all "Planned but not started" that are in the past (should not happen)

I just dont know how to handle this specific case
If I can just understand why there is no exception, I will add an exception in my system to skip them
So the first schedule at least has been released, but seemingly never created a subscription
Does that agree with what you see?
Yes
If there is an active yearly subscription
Its auto-renewing at the end of the year
does it create a subscription schedule behind the active subscription for the next year / renewal?
(I dont kow, trying to understand why)
You can create a schedule form an active subscription, but that doesnt look to be what you are doing
Yeah I always just create a subscription schedule and it transforms into a subscription when it starts
Ok so at least the second one we can explain:
1/ it was created December 2021 for starting in Jan 2022: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_IWPeT5o0clBOfs
2/ before the end of 2021 it was released: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_QTuR7Bk7p4sUlj
No sub was ever created
Well it was released before the subscription was created, so in effect was cancelled
Ahh, i think the first example is the same, and i got confused about the year
1/ initially create Oct 2021 to start in Oct 2022: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_rr6VtswZgFMZFV
2/ approx 20 minutes after creation, it was updated to use a different price: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_HBYQPzbP7p6Wuq
3/ a couple minutes later it was released (still Oct 2021) having never created a sub: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_PyT4ryqQPiUvd2
