And the period start and end timestamps look correct as well

NP! 🙂 Since your subscription is usage based we expect you to maintain your own system to record how much your customers have used your product and report it to us so that we can bill them accordingly.

Since the usage on this subscription is set to 0 at this moment, it might be showing the 31 Oct - 30 Nov cycle. I wonder if you add a new usage report, does it affect the description?
