As they should be able to help with account issues such as this
I did but never got a response. I have submitted all the relevant documents required as well. I don't understand the reason behind closure of my account.
I see. Unfortunately, that isn't something our team on discord can help with as we primarily work with developers building apps using our APIs. We don't have tools or workflows to look into account issues ๐ฆ
Reaching out to support would be the fastest way to get help. If you're logged in on your stripe account then you may see a chat option on the page

They suspended the call and chat option as well. I can only email but they aren't even replying to emails. I'm just so confused and disturbed. My business is going to suffer a lot because of this since I had some funds in my account which apparently, I can't get back now.
