If I chose express accounts, how will I transfer sellers from my app to stripe screen?

Will the seller be able to see my marketplace or other sellers’ account(ie, connected users') details or dashboard?
No, Express account owner can only see their own account.

Can I see express account point of view in developer mode?
You can create an login link in test mode and login accordingly to view Express dashboard: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/integrate-express-dashboard

If Express account owner has not completed onboarding process, your system can create a new account onboarding link for the account owner: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/express-accounts#handle-users-not-completed-onboarding

Can you explain what you want to achieve? Your platform will create an account, then the account owner will have to fill up the onboarding details.

We are a marketplace/platform who will be using Stripe connect. We will be working with restaurants and some other merchants who could be less tech savvy.

We prefer to use express connected account type.

If our connected account owner, doesn't know how to setup an account in Stripe, can we (marketplace) do on their behalf?

No, that's not possible. Stripe onboarding page has phone verification for Express account. The onboarding page supports step by step guide on the information that the account owner has to fill in. If you have collected some data in your own sign up, you can pre-fill the data, so that the onboarding flow won't collect again: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/express-accounts#create-account

Oh ok. Upon successfully creating account by connected account owner, can the platform have access to business owner identity verification (like verifying their uploaded ID doc like Driver ID or so)?

The platform will create a connected account and generate an onboarding link first, then redirect the onboarding link for the connected account owner to complete the onboarding the process.

Technically, platform is the one creating an account and connected account owner is to fill in the onboarding details to complete the connected account sign up.

Platform won't be able to see identity details for Express connected account.
