Hi 👋

A Postal Code and Zip Code are the same thing for US customers. Postal Code is the more universal terminology.

Could you share an example of how this is preventing a customer from providing payment details?

Okay so how is the JS code instantiating the Card element and how are you integrating? Are you using Setup Intents or some other approach to saving payment methods?

Yeah this forum is specific to developers integrating Stripe APIs. So, in order to answer these questions, I'd need to see how the Card Element is instantiated and how the Setup Intent is configured (if using)
