#Avery246813579 - slow terminal

Hello, looking in to this. Has this slowdown only been happening recently or has it been happening for some time?
Gotcha, do you have the IDs of any of these Terminals or requests you've made around them?
For example, the location tml_DyGaEAiUENfNTY with their two readers are getting it tmr_ExDuKA8GbSVRV1, tmr_EuGXjQLj9R10Wl
Looking in to logs that you can look in to, just might also be helpful for me to see if I can get a picture of what is going on
Awesome thank you
They have good Wifi and it started happening out of the blue
And you said other customers started seeing this around the same time as well?
Correct
I know there was an incident but weird that it's not recreatable on our end
They see around a 7 second lag at this location
Yeah that is strange. And do you know if this is a consistent slowdown on their side for every payment this week or if it is intermittent?
Consistently happening on every payment
Hey, we are still looking in to this. On our side it looks like we consistently are sending a response within 1-2 seconds when we get this request from these readers. Trying to think of what might be causing the delay here and how you might be able to get insight in to it
Yeah we are trying to see if there could be a slow request on our end but we are consistently getting 1-2 seconds at our office
hi 👋
@vapid epoch had to go so I'm stepping in. From what I gather we have determined the delay is not in the API request/response loop. Can you try adding some logging around your server functions to try and identify where the delay is occurring?
Sure
