hmm, I know nothing about Angular really, but I believe {{ }} is how you interpolate variables in it yes. What part isn't working?

The binding to clientReferenceId and customerEmail is not working

I'm afraid I wouldn't know how to debug that, we have no official support for Angular and nobody inside Stripe really uses it
