The code you shared is for a Sub Schedule and you look to be setting that description on your second phase

So that description won't be used until the phase changes

Yes I am, when I add 1 month the subscription is changing and the invoice done, only the description isn't moving

yes the new billing period is right I advanced 1 month and a few days, so I'm really in the next phase

Hmm yeah okay I see. Doesn't seem to be updating the description appropriately with billing clocks. I'll need to file a ticket to get this fixed up. I don't believe you should see this behavior in production though.
