Sure, they've been attempting to complete this PAD checkout a few times. Everytime it's stuck on the bank authentication step

The only thing I can think of is maybe they have 2-factor turned on for their bank log-in, and maybe they are just waiting around because there's no feedback

They do have 2fa, my honest guess is it was user waiting for the "finalizing step" to complete but the step is waiting on the user to verify via 2fa
