Can you clarify what you mean by Is there anyway to get visibility into the Stripe <> bank connecting process? If they try again, does the issue persist?
Sure, they've been attempting to complete this PAD checkout a few times. Everytime it's stuck on the bank authentication step

The only thing I can think of is maybe they have 2-factor turned on for their bank log-in, and maybe they are just waiting around because there's no feedback
