That Customer has Payment Methods attached, but you're trying to use those with a legacy API (/v1/tokens) which won't work. You should use this approach instead: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-methods/connect#cloning-payment-methods

OK, thank you! This solution does not work with payment type sepa_debit. Is there any way to clone also a sepa_debit payment method to connect accounts? That's what I was looking for.

Ah, gotcha. Cloning SEPA is not something we support. If you want to request that feature you should write in to support: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email
