Hi 👋 Stripe didn't help build or maintain the Big Cartel/Stripe integration, so we won't have much insight into how that integration functions or how to use its various features.

I would recommend speaking with the team that supports that integration to get clarification on how to use the features that the integration offers.

Just saw your additional question in the main channel, when you reach out to them I would suggest you explicitly ask if their integration is designed to leverage Stripe Invoices.
