Shopify has an integration: https://www.shopify.com/stripe. You'll have to read more there as we don't know a ton about it

this one is more of other way around, where stripe is used as a payment gateway.

the shop is created on shopify,
stripe would be integrated with a custom backend.
and the custom backend is able to make purchase on shopify products using stripe API

Oh I don't think that's possible. You'd have to talk to Shopify though
