Hi there!
Can you share the ID (req_xxx) of the failing API request?
https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request
req_HyfQOJityKq5Lh
22 ISK is an extremely small amount, lower than the usual minimum charge amount we have(an amount that converts to at least 50p for a UK account) so I imagine that's the problem https://stripe.com/docs/currencies#minimum-and-maximum-charge-amounts
So it should be 2000?
that's still only kr20.00 which is about 12 GBP pence
Hi
We have 3700 KR on prod and its failing
Ill get a prod log for you
req_EnCUlWZH2gZTUO
yeah, I mean same thing.
that is kr39.80 which I think is like 25p
ISK is not treated as zero decimal in Stripe, it has subunits of 'eyrir' so you're actually passing 3980 'eyrirs'
Very confusing
Visa changed the rules for ISK a few years ago such that it should be treated as having subunits
and there are 100 eyrirs to 1 isk?
