Hello! There's tons of ways to do this and it really depends on what you're trying to accomplish. For the majority of our API resources we allow you to set metadata (see https://stripe.com/docs/api/metadata) which will be persisted on the object. So for example if you were to use Elements + Payment Intents, you would set metadata on the PI

Thanks Karbi! It wasn't apparent to me that it could be set on so many different objects. Is it possible to create metadata fields with any of the no-code options please?

No, I don't believe there's a clean way to do this with the no-code options.
