Good question, though I am not that familiar with that support. Are you developing an android app with our SDK and devices without that support are having some issue?

Yes, the service cannot be displayed

I'm being assisted by Huawei as well, they told me that in case you cannot provide support without GMS they can put in contact directly to you in order to work for a solution.
