When you say it isn't working with PaymentLinks with the same product, are you saying that this does work somewhere else?

It looks like you are running in to the restriction that we don't support 100% off coupons for one-off payments at the moment

Yes, there is a minimum chargeable amount for each currency (in USD it is $0.50), if the coupon brings the total price below that then Checkout will say the code is invalid
