this is the ID of the last invoice paid
and you can see that just paid the difference of the licensed price
but the user had an overage of one metered price but didn't charge that

i believe if you retrieve that particular subscription item, the quantity is the usage : https://stripe.com/docs/api/subscription_items/retrieve - i'd suggest trying to be sure though
