hello! i assume you're using Account Links : https://stripe.com/docs/api/account_links to onboard your connected account users.

You can pre-fill those fields when creating the account :

https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/create#create_account-business_profile-product_description

pre-filling those fields would make it so that the users wouldn't have to fill up those fields during the onboarding process. But it's still possible for them to navigate to those fields (although it's more hidden) and update them
