Hi 👋 I believe the funds are available at that point, but would recommend that you look into our functionality which was designed to help mitigate funds not being available for Separate Charges and Transfers:

I don't recall off-hand if it works well with Invoices, but it helps avoid needing to take into account that automatic payouts can also pull all the funds from your account and block the creation of Transfers.

Creating separate charges and transfers

With Connect, you can make charges on your platform account on behalf of connected accounts, perform transfers separately, and retain funds in the process.

Thanks, I think I read that the platform account should be set to manual payouts also

Yeah, manually controlling those definitely gives you more control over the scenario. It allows you to time your Payouts to better fit your schedule, and allows you to retain some funds to help cover these scenarios.
