yep. so if im doing normal destination charges and my platform is in usd. say someone from eu paying in euros is making a purchase and then the platform is paying out to a user from japan in yen, would i be paying for 2 currency conversion fees or would it just be the one fee applied for the purchase to the respective destinations

more simply, would i be charged 1% + 1%
