@heavy lagoon when you send funds outside of Stripe, you create what we call a Payout either in the Dashboard or the API. And you get the payout.created Event, and others related to it

Perfect. By chance, does a Payout object allow me to see a list of the Invoices/Payments that make up the Payout amount?

no, not if you manually create a Payout for a total amount

Ok, got it. And I think this may be outside of the Developer realm, but are there any limits to the number of Payouts we make? Could we create a Payout every time an invoice gets paid?
