Is there anyway to find out if the event was triggered by a usual checkout session or if it was triggered by a payment link?

hmmm that's an interesting Q let me see if there's a way

so if this field https://stripe.com/docs/api/checkout/sessions/object#checkout_session_object-payment_link is not null then the checkout session was created from a PaymentLink
